Designed by Manor Teaching School and facilitated by experienced outstanding school leaders, this is a five week programme that supports teachers in becoming consistently good in all aspects of their teaching and is intended to have a significant impact on pupil achievement. It consists of facilitated sessions based around first hand classroom observations of all key elements of good teaching.
