“The school self-evaluation review and support programme dramatically develops the capacity of leaders to be able to carry out robust summative self-review and use this to create accurate reports of what the school does well, what they need to improve and action plan how to get there. The outcome is not only a very accurate SEF but more importantly a developed confidence in leaders to continue this process.” Anita Cliff, Headteacher, Manor Primary School.
