The Service Includes:
Review and Analyse
A full pre-visit analysis and review of RAISE online pupil progress and school performance data, including in-year progress data for pupils, in comparison to all classes and year groups
School Governance – constitution, committees, meetings, meeting minutes and effectiveness of meetings against the expectations of the Ofsted framework
A website review – to ensure governors’ compliance with statutory requirements.
With governors to review and evaluate individually and if required collectively, their impact in championing pupils’ outcomes.
We will provide a Governance Review Report and Action Plan which specifically evaluates the impact of school Governance against the outcomes achieved by pupils as well as the support provided to school leaders and managers, and statutory responsibilities
The action plan provides detailed actions for further improving the way in which Governance can be improved in its constitution, where appropriate, to further accelerate the progress the school is making to become an outstanding school
This Governance Review model has been recognised as exemplary practice by Ofsted HMI inspectors, and can be used as evidence towards school improvement, evaluation and inspection. It is conducted in full alignment with the National College documentation.
